LOS ANGELES – A California man claims in a class action that Zico Beverages misleads consumers by affixing a “no sugar added” label on bottles of 100 percent coconut water.

Though the label implies that Zico’s product contains less sugar than other brands have, lead plaintiff Jason Reza notes that comparable coconut water products also lack added sugar.
