SAN FRANCISCO – Gun suppliers skirt California’s ban on high-capacity gun magazines by selling “repair kits” that are disassembled parts of the banned magazines, San Francisco’s city attorney says in a lawsuit filed Thursday in state court.

Defendants include Badger Mountain Supply, Alaska-based 7.62 Precision, Shooters Plus, Wyoming-based LAK Supply and Mark Thomas Kubes, dba Buymilsurp.com.
