SAN DIEGO — A woman claims she paid Kearny Mesa Toyota $20,000 for a used Toyota Corolla ($29,800, including interest), relying upon its promise it would be “perfect for the use of travel to and from Mexico using the SENTRI program” (Secured Electronic Network for Travelers Rapid Inspection) but a Border Patrol agent confiscated her SENTRI pass because the car had been flagged for drug trafficking, in San Diego Superior Court.
