$125M Zymergen settlement

SAN JOSE, Calif. — A federal court in California granted preliminary approval to a $125 million settlement between Zymergen and a class of investors who say the company misrepresented the status of its product-development pipeline and the company’s expected revenue generation. The terms appear fair and reasonable and a final fairness hearing is currently set for this October.
