SECURITIES – The 1st Circuit affirmed denial of plaintiffs’ motion to amend a complaint accusing Bradford College officials of security fraud after the college defaulted on its bond obligations. Plaintiffs waited a year and half to move for an amendment, and the liberal amendment policy does not apply where there has been undue delay. See ruling.
