5th Circuit

LABOR – A union of delivery drivers filed a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board accusing Sara Lee Bakery of not providing requested information about the use of delivery drivers for certain cargo and locations. The 5th Circuit held that, even if the bakery does not have the requested information, its failure to conduct a good-faith inquiry supports the finding that labor laws were violated. See ruling.
