Three former military men face up to 50 years in federal prison after pleading guilty Tuesday to bilking the military health care program of $65 million. They are Kyle Adams, 33, of Victoria, Texas; Daniel Castro, 32, of Oak Lawn, Ill.; and Jeremy Syto, 26, of Chula Vista, Calif.
