$75 Million Settlement

SAN FRANCISCO — A federal judge preliminarily approved a $75 million settlement Monday for direct purchasers who brought a class action against Mitsubishi Electric Corp., in cathode ray tube antitrust litigation that has included $133 million in settlements against eight co-conspirators.
