7th Circuit

NEGLIGENCE, ATTORNEYS – The 7th Circuit held that no reasonable jury could find that an injury suffered by a worker who cut his arm while cleaning a deep fryer hood was due to negligence on the part of restaurant employees. Thus, the employer should not be held liable. See ruling.
