TRIBAL LAW – The 9th Circuit dismissed the appeal of individuals seeking admission to the Table Mountain Rancheria, an Indian tribe. The court ruled that petitioners failed to establish that the district court has subject matter jurisdiction over their claims, even if the tribe is not immune from suit. See ruling.
