Privacy for stalker?

PITTSBURGH — A federal court in Pennsylvania granted the Department of Energy’s motion to dismiss a former employee’s claim that his private information was improperly shared after he resigned from his job amid allegations that he had stalked and hacked the email of a student intern. The disclosure did not violate his privacy because it was part of a criminal prosecution supported by probable cause.
