SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit affirmed Monday that three “faith-based … crisis pregnancy centers” will not get an injunction against a California law that requires licensed crisis pregnancy centers to notify clients that may be eligible for free or low-cost abortions and unlicensed facilities to notify clients that they are not state-licensed.
