Abortion battle in Colorado

DENVER — A federal court in Colorado issued a 14-day restraining order preventing the state from enforcing a new law, titled Deceptive Trade Practice Pregnancy-related Service, which a religious organization says violates the “fundamental right to continue a pregnancy” by making it illegal for religious health care professionals to advise patients of a drug that could reverse miscarriages induced by taking the abortion-inducing drug mifepristone.
