Adderall indictment

SAN FRANCISCO — The owner and clinical president of Done Health, a California telehealth company, face federal health care fraud charges for a scheme in which they're accused of intentionally targeting “drug-seeking patients” to offer them Adderall and other stimulants that were “not for a legitimate medical purpose” in exchange for payment of a monthly subscription fee.
