Analyst Says Hedge Fund Cheated Him|Of Millions From Subprime Derivatives

BOSTON (CN) – A hedge fund analyst who says he developed an immensely profitable system that earned his company $100 million in the “subprime derivative market” has sued **Regiment Capital Advisers and its founder, **Timothy Peterson , claiming they cheated him of his share of the profits. Craig Kelleher claims his invention, “ABX trades,” accounted for 72% of the profits of Regiment’s largest fund. See complaint.
