Anti-white race discrimination claims move up

PHILADELPHIA — A federal court in Pennsylvania allowed three white Montgomery County morgue transport workers to pursue their race discrimination claims against the county and its coroner. They allege they were fired and replaced by a Black-owned contractor after the coroner emphasized diversity initiatives, plausibly suggesting discriminatory intent.
