AO Smith Failed To Warn, Couple Says

Smith Corp. water heaters suffer “mass failures” and the company knows it, but “decided not to incur the expense of conducting a recall or warning campaign” after doing a cost-benefit analysis, claims a married couple who say three Smith water heaters leaked catastrophically and damaged their home.
