NEW ORLEANS — The Fifth Circuit enforced  a National Labor Relations Board finding against In-N-Out Burger for prohibiting employees from wearing buttons supporting a higher minimum wage. In-N-Out failed to show that food-safety concerns or its public-image interest justified the rule that bars employees from wearing pins or stickers on their uniforms.
