Aquatic cyanide

WASHINGTON — A federal court in Washington, D.C., declined to dismiss the Center for Biological Diversity’s case against the Environmental Protection Agency and 11 other government defendants, challenging their failure to perform required consultations before approving Washington state’s limits on aquatic cyanide for three years.
