Arizona Court Of Appeals

CIVIL PROCEDURE, ATTORNEYS – A woman claimed that Olcott, her attorney, breached his fiduciary duty while representing herin a real estate contract with her daughter. The Arizona Court of Appeals found that she acknowledged the harm Olcott caused her during a deposition taken in 2003 showed that she was aware that she had suffered harm more than two years before she filed her claim. Thus her complaint was untimely. Maria Keonjian v. Timothy Olcott
