Arrested way later

CONCORD, N.H. — A federal court in New Hampshire preserved a woman’s First Amendment retaliation lawsuit against the city of Nashua, whose police obtained a warrant and arrested her for trespassing days after a police officer had already escorted her from the city office where she had been protesting. She obliged when asked to leave by police, so arresting her for misdemeanor trespass was atypical behavior from the police even if there was probable cause to arrest her, supporting her free speech claims.
