NASHVILLE (CN) – **Point Classics claims **X5 Music Group , of Sweden, violates copyright by illegally sublicensing classical musical recordings to codefendant **Real Networks , which consumers download through the “Rhapsody” Web site. Point Classics and its parent corporation, Telos Holdings , claim both defendants knew they had no right to the music. See federal complaint.
