Auctioneers Hit eBay With Antitrust Claim

SAN JOSE (CN) – **eBay violates antitrust law and competes unfairly by refusing to let jewelry auctioneers use a “batch uploading tool” to place their catalogues prominently on the Internet auction site, but forces them to use a middleman to do it, **Windsor Auctions and Jewelry Auctions Corp. claim in Federal Court.
