Bad Cops Shot Her Dog, Woman Says

MUSKOGEE, OKLA. (CN) – Four **City ** of Muskogee police officers, sent to plaintiff Yvonne Todd’s door for an unspecified reason, needlessly shot to death her “gentle” St. Bernard, Shelby, then needlessly handcuffed Todd, hit her, kicked her, knocked her down and stomped on her back, Todd claims in Federal Court.
