INDIANAPOLIS — A man was properly convicted of dealing a fake drug substance — a felony — for attempting to sell baking soda, which he referred to as “white girl,” to a casino patron, the Indiana Supreme Court ruled, finding that the seized evidence was properly admitted under the Fourth Amendment.
