Ballots for the blind

A federal judge in Texas dismisses blind voters’ challenge taking on the online and mail-in voting options available to voters with disabilities in and near San Antonio, which they cannot use because they do not cater to voters who cannot see. The voters did not show the county receives federal aid, a condition of suing under the law they’ve filed their claim under.
