NEW ORLEANS — A federal court in Louisiana granted summary judgment to Walmart in a negligence dispute brought by a customer who says he was injured after slipping on a banana in a store in New Orleans, finding the man did not produce any evidence that the banana was on the floor for “any specific amount of time.”
