Fidelis Foundation, a nonprofit, claims Private Bank Minnesota swiped more than $1 million from its accounts because the bank “felt ‘insecure’” after reading a news story that said Fidelis may have been victimized by Tom Petters’ Ponzi scheme. Fidelis wants the money back, and punitive damages, in Hennepin County Court, Minneapolis.
