Bank Blows Whistle On Casino| And CEO Based In Atlantic City

WILMINGTON, DEL. (CN) – Wilmington Trust Co. demands that Tropicana Entertainment  repay a $960 million loan, claiming Tropicana lost its gaming license in Atlantic City because of flagrant looting by CEO William J. Yung III . Filing in Delaware Chancery Court, the trust also wants Yung and vice president Donna More restrained from stripping assets, which include the Casino Aztar Evansville, the Vicksburg Horizon and the Belle of Baton Rouge.
