WILMINGTON, Del. – Deb Shops filed for bankruptcy, listing $124 million in assets and $270 million in debts, 4 years after Thomas Lee & Lee Equity bought the chain for $395 million. The clothing chain said it will try to keep all of its 318 outlets open.
