Baseless, but no sanctions

CHICAGO — The Seventh Circuit, in a per curiam decision from the entire appellate court, affirmed the lower court’s decision not to issue sanctions against the man who sued Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers in a dead-on-arrival attempt to decertify the 2020 election results.
