Birthright citizenship

CONCORD, N.H. — In a class action filed the same day SCOTUS revoked a nationwide injunction on the president's birthright citizenship executive order, families with noncitizen members born in the U.S. say they and all other similar families will be harmed by the order, which they claim violates the citizenship clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
