LINCOLN, Neb. — Nebraska filed suit against entities it says use threats while posing as government agencies to sell bogus “labor posters” and “certificates of existence” to businesses. Defendants to the lawsuit in Lancaster County Court are United Business Services, Corporations Filing Service, James Beard and Sean M. Shaughnessy.
