Border separations

SAN ANTONIO — A federal court in Texas allowed a Honduran asylum seeker to proceed with most of his claims against the federal governments over its policy of forcibly separating parents from their children at the U.S. border. The government’s conduct is not privileged under Texas law, so this is not a defense from the family’s claims.
