Border wall

HOUSTON — A federal judge dismissed Missouri’s lawsuit over President Biden’s refusal to build a wall at the U.S. border with Mexico because it is not a border state, but Texas’s suit is viable because it specifically claims the Land Office’s 3,099-acre farm in Starr County has become a “superhighway” for illegal crossings.
