SAN FRANCISCO (CN) – Former Brocade Communications Systems CEO Gregory Reyes was sentenced on Wednesday to 21 months in prison and fined $15 million for his part in backdating stock options for Brocade insiders. Reyes was convicted in August of 10 counts, including conspiracy, fraud, keeping false books and records and lying to accountants.
