HARRISBURG, Penn. — An appeals court in Pennsylvania upheld the conviction of a cheerleader’s mother for harassment; she was anonymously texting the other cheerleaders’ mothers images of their children and criticizing their behavior. The mom failed to raise the issue of whether her trial counsel had properly advised her about testifying on her own behalf before the lower court, and thus cannot do so on appeal.
