Bureau of Prisons must disclose pentobarbital suppliers

WASHINGTON — The District of Columbia Circuit ruled that the Bureau of Prisons did not justify its decision to withhold the identities of companies that will supply its new lethal agent, pentobarbital, for federal executions that had been on a 20-year hiatus from a watchdog group that sought a Freedom of Information Act request for that information.
