BROOKLYN (CN) – Welcome to Burger King; may I stab you? That’s what an unhappy customer says happened to him. He claims a Burger King employee stabbed him in the chest and beat him up in an unprovoked attack at the fast food joint in Middle Village, N.Y. Victor Serrago sued the restaurant chain and Erick Calero, his alleged assailant. Serrago is represented in Kings County Court by David Hernandez of Brooklyn.
