California homeless funding

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Governor Gavin Newsom announced $81 million in funding to help about 2,600 people move from homeless encampments to permanent housing. The Encampment Resolution Fund grants will go to eleven areas, including $17.7 million for people living along Sacramento's Highway 50.
