The Campaign Legal Center and Democracy 21 filed a <strong><a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/FEC-Kelsey.pdf">complaint</a></strong> Wednesday with the Federal Election Commission claiming former congressional candidate Brian Kelsey of Tennessee and others illegally funneled money from Kelsey’s state senator campaign account through intermediaries to secretly fund his unsuccessful 2016 run.

WASHINGTON – The Campaign Legal Center and Democracy 21 filed a complaint Wednesday with the Federal Election Commission claiming former congressional candidate Brian Kelsey of Tennessee and others illegally funneled money from Kelsey’s state senator campaign account through intermediaries to secretly fund his unsuccessful 2016 run.
