Cancer from Roundup

ATLANTA (CN) — The 11th Circuit revived a cancer patient’s product liability claim against Monsanto, reversing a lower court order that found his claims that Roundup caused his cancer were preempted by federal law. His failure-to-warn claim is not expressly preempted.
