Can’t sue over negative review

LINCOLN, Neb. — The Nebraska Supreme Court found in favor of a personal injury client’s aunt, who had posted a humorously negative review of the law firm that terminated representation of her niece but charged almost $6,000 with no resolution of the claims, on the firm’s defamation claims. They are barred by Nebraska’s one-year statute of limitations.
