MONTGOMERY, Ala. — The Alabama Court of the Judiciary censured a municipal judge who threatened a defendant during a traffic court proceeding. The judge, according to the complaint, screamed profanities while on the bench, called the defendant disparaging names and threatened he would take action against her if she sued his adult son.
