CHICAGO — A Chicago Transit Authority bus driver filed a federal lawsuit against the agency Monday, claiming his employer violated his free speech rights by prohibiting discussion of safety issues of transporting police and arrested protesters and if bus drivers had the right to refuse to drive them.
