ATLANTA (CN) – A Chinese woman experienced some bad karma when the 11th Circuit denied her petition for asylum based on China’s forced-abortion family planning policy because she had guarded confined women scheduled for forced abortions. The court found her ineligible for asylum or removal relief because she assisted in the very persecution she allegedly fears. See ruling.
