ALBANY, N.Y. (CN) – A Jehovah’s Witness church in Brooklyn has to pay for water and sewage, because the 100,000 square-foot building houses two caretakers and their wives, disqualifying the church from the exemption for religious corporations, a New York appeals court ruled.
