Citizens Test Michigan Recall Statute

GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. (CN) – The Michigan law that states, “A person circulating a petition shall be a qualified and registered elector in the electoral district of the official sought to be recalled,” is an unconstitutional restraint on speech, three citizens claim in Kent County Court.
