Class Sues Over Vehicle Warranties

ST. LOUIS (CN) – Consumer Protection Services uses bait and switch tactics to sell vehicle warranties, according to a federal class action.     Named plaintiff Paseut Vang says Carhill Enterprises dba Consumer Protection Services misled him about the terms of the warranty he bought and unjustly refused to refund the contract price of the warranty.      Vang seeks disgorgement and damages for the class for breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation.     He is represented by William Holland.
