Brandon Bush , CFO of Trillion Holdings and** Trillion Technologies is accused of stealing company money, stealing payroll taxes and retirement funds, writing hot checks on company accounts, and other bad stuff, in Travis County Court, Austin. One of the plaintiffs is Trillion Aviation, of which Bush is also CFO.****             Chase Bank Card Services** is accused of allowing an employee to run up charges on a customer’s credit card account, in Bexar County Court, San Antonio.            Palmetto GBA LLC** and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of South Carolina** defrauded AAA Pharmacy** of its $6 million business by revoking its Medicare provider billing number and accusing it of fraud, in bad faith, for not informing Blue Cross of an address change, though the pharmacy had not moved, but simply added an outlet across the street, in Oklahoma City Federal Court.
